Security Gate Co: Your Security, Our Strength
Security Gate Company manufactures the "classic" design of folding gate that has been around for years, and proven over and over to be durable and dependable. Our folding steel gates are made of 3/4" wide 14 gauge steel channel, riveted back to back with solid steel rivets. Solid steel rivets provide abundant strength to last longer under any conditions. We use 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/8" thick hot rolled angle iron for upright gate rails, that resist abuse and last longer than thinner alternatives. Our drop pins are made of 5/8" round rod and our casters are hard rubber. We thoroughly coat our gates using black enamel paint.

Our Mission
Security Gate Company has been manufacturing steel folding security gates for more than 40 years, delivering dependable products at competitive prices that meet or exceed customer requirements. We offer a full range of solutions—including door gates, single and double gates, portable gates, commercial security gates, accordion gates, and even in-home pet gates. Whether you need a standard model or a custom-built steel security gate, our mission remains the same: to provide exceptional quality, durability, and value.
When selecting a metal security gate, it’s essential to choose a lock that matches the strength of the gate itself. Options range from laminated padlocks—known for their layered steel construction and durability—to shrouded and disc padlocks designed to shield the shackle from bolt cutters and pry bars. For maximum security, look for a hardened steel shackle with at least a 10 mm diameter. Industrial environments benefit from high-security, heavy-duty locks, while residential applications may require only a deterrent-level lock. Matching the right lock to your gate ensures reliable protection and long-lasting performance.
